Our aim is to raise awareness about the problems that the stateless people face and to gather funds in order to support the organization, Children of the Forest.
Our service group works to support the objectives of the organization Children of the Forest. For primary support, we organize fundraising events to help purchase food supplies and help fund some long-term projects. We visit their foundation annually to conduct a needs analysis, connect with the children and the founders of the organization, and create plans for future collaborative projects.

To provide a clear context for the aims of service groups at NIST, we align our projects to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). “The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), otherwise known as the Global Goals, are a universal call to action to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure that all people enjoy peace and prosperity. Funds Raised (THB)
Over the last ten years, Children of the Forest has provided education, protection, and healthcare to more than 5000 at-risk stateless migrant children.
For Children of the Forest to generate stable funding for the organization’s projects and to build connections that continuously helps support them financially.
95% of all funds and resources raised have been directly funneled to the beneficiary communities.
