NIST INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL

| Bangkok, Thailand The first full, not-for-profit IB World School in Thailand

Designed to showcase student musicians. We perform throughout the school year, support all styles and types of music, and are recruiting proficient singers and instrumentalists. Members contribute to the community through organizing concerts, participating in music-related service activities, and developing new ways of making music a greater part of the NIST experience. We pursue music with joy, passion, and dedication, and find ways to share this with others. Tri-M is an internationally respected organization and has chapters in more than 1,800 schools. American Universities identify Tri-M membership as an important achievement as students are recognized for for their creativity, collaborative spirit, and leadership experience.

Our Profile

A Tri-M Music Honor Society chapter opens up a world of opportunities for students who have already shown themselves to be academically capable and musically gifted. Through performance and community service, they’ll develop confidence, creativity, critical thinking, compassion, and a host of other leadership skills sure to serve them well in school and beyond. Therefore, Tri-M @ NIST is directed to inspiring the NIST community with musical events. These events include Ovaltunes, Valentunes, and many more special performances all year long!  We are a group of middle and high school student musicians ready to expand the musical horizon all around!

The SDGs work in the spirit of partnership and pragmatism to make the right choices now to improve life, in a sustainable way, for future generations.” This NIST group supports the following goals:
